Update

Hey guys, I hope everyone had a fun and safe Memorial weekend. I wanted to let you guys know how the progress was going on my shoulder. I had my check up last week, and everything is going well. It's been two weeks since surgery and I think I have two more weeks before I start riding. I'm going a little crazy just sitting around, so I'm going to try and ride my road bike for 20-30 miles tomorrow. I rode by my house today for about twenty minutes to see if I could ride a long ride. It was pretty sore but I think dealing with the pain is better then sitting on the couch. I will keep you posted on how everything is going.
